• I'm a lively, enthusiastic facilitator supporting people through transition in their life.  I bring to my work the qualities of passion, unconditional positive regard, humour, spontaneity and an artistic flair.  I'll offer you warmth, support and challenge.

• I'm a member of the International Association of Hypno-Analysts, Master Practitioner of Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy, hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychology and licensed for MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator).

• With over fifteen years experience as a facilitator I use a portfolio of skills and processes as a means of self-awareness.  We'll travel together in a direction and speed that's right for you.  I'm interested in supporting you to get what you want, to help you change your habits, your lifestyle, your beliefs and your level of success.
