The Approach
The approach
is to offer you an initial consultation, face to face or over the
'phone, so that you can decide without pressure or obligation whether
to go ahead.
You will then be asked
a series of questions to establish why you feel the way you do.
This may be straightforward, for example if you want to give up
smoking or release stress. You may on the other hand have
quite a complex series of feelings that are linked with the various
parts of your life, and this stage may take more than one or two
sessions.
Whether
you are a smoker needing a little help to give it up, someone who
is anxious or depressed and feeling life has little to offer, you
will receive the best treatment that's right for you. With
your full understanding and agreement will that choose the treatment
that's right for you.
